2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Non-refundable bookings, including certain flights, hotels, and promotional packages, are not eligible for refunds.
- Processing fees, government taxes, and third-party charges may be deducted from refundable amounts.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
3. Changes to Itinerary
- We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly.
- While we strive to accommodate itinerary modifications, all changes are subject to availability and applicable supplier charges.
- Additional costs arising from itinerary changes, including fare differences, hotel upgrades, or transportation adjustments, shall be borne by the traveller.
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from changes requested by the customer.
4. Travel Documents
- Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents, and any other required travel authorisations.
- We are not liable for denied boarding, entry restrictions, visa refusals, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Any loss, injury, or expense not covered by insurance remains the responsibility of the traveller.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We act as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines, and local tour operators.
- We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third-party providers.
- Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to us for the specific booking.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, modification, or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Strikes or labour disputes
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Transportation disruptions
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Travellers must comply with local laws, regulations, and customs at their destination.
- Any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, attractions, or third-party property by the traveller shall be their sole responsibility.
- Travellers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, fellow travellers, and local communities.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that region.
